How it works
None of our products and designs are available on demand. Everything is made to order and orders are accepted during our four annually recurring order windows:
March 1 - April 30 >> est. delivery early June
May 1 - June 30 >> est. delivery early August
July 1 - August 31 >> est. delivery early October
September 1 - October 31 >> est. delivery early December
Please note: Should we not receive sufficient demand to satisfy production minimums for your chosen product, we will give you the choice of rolling over into the next period or of cancelling your order and getting reimbursed.

We continuously add new designs and collections based on our own ideas and the suggestions we receive from our community

We would love to work with you so let us know your idea for a personal, team / club or event kit! We accept group orders a starting with a minimum of 6 items of the same kind, and we are happy to draft a design concept for you!
NEW DESIGNS and collections are initially added with an expression of interest form, which is located at the bottom of each design and product page. Once we receive sufficient responses we open up an Order Window, generally for a two-week period.
During the Oder Window, select collections, designs and cycling products will be eligible for order and payment will be accepted through secure PayPal checkout.
At the close of the Order Window, bulk production orders are placed with our reputable and established manufacturing partners. High quality performance cycling gear is coming your way!
Please refer back to the recurring order periods above for estimated deliveries. Once we receive the shipment from the manufacturer, your kits will be sorted and repackaged for individual forwarding to your door.
